By accessing the Monsters in the Mansion Wiki (this "Site", hosted at www.monstersinthemansion.lol), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What this Site is

The Site is an independent, fan-made reference for the Roblox game Monsters in the Mansion. It is built and maintained by players, is free to read, requires no account, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubermonster Productions, ART-AF Studio, Anthony Francisco, or Roblox Corporation.

Intellectual property

All game content, names, artwork, characters and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners. The Site's original text, layout and code are the work of the Site's maintainers. You may quote short excerpts with a link back; you may not republish the Site's content wholesale without permission.

Accuracy of content

The Site documents a game in active Early Access development. We research every guide against multiple sources, mark unconfirmed values as such, and date every article — but game behavior can change without notice, and mistakes can happen. Content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. The in-game experience is always the final authority; where the game and this Site disagree, the game is right.

No fabricated content policy

Codes, numbers and names on this Site are sourced and dated. Entries that could not be verified are labeled unverified (see the codes page for a live example). We do this for your protection: redeeming codes reported as fake, or planning around invented stats, wastes your time — and other sites' practice of publishing unverified claims as fact is the reason this policy exists.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it to spread malware or misleading game content. Automated access should respect standard crawling etiquette, including the robots directives.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site's maintainers are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, including in-game losses resulting from content on the Site (lost wagers on codes, wasted in-game currency, or similar). The Site has no registration, so there is no user data to breach beyond the analytics described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the Site evolves; the date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
